Joseph Solomon Chimene

Joseph Solomon Chimene is a Nigerian legal practitioner with a strong academic background and experience in corporate and commercial law, contract drafting and review, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, civil litigation and dispute resolution.

He holds a Diploma in Law from Port Harcourt Polytechnic, where he graduated with Distinction, and an LL.B. from Rivers State University, where he graduated with First Class Honours. He subsequently attended the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar after attending the Nigerian Law School.

Joseph supports clients through legal research, drafting, due diligence, transaction support, and the preparation of corporate and court documents. He provides practical and commercially focused legal advice aimed at managing legal risk, protecting clients' interests, and supporting the achievement of their objectives.
